DMCA Copyright Policy

1. Our Commitment

Cabin (operated by Tech With Hussain) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through Cabin infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent including all of the following:

• Your full name and contact information (email, address, phone number)
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or specific identification of the content you claim is infringing (e.g., cabinn.in/your-note-slug)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in the appropriate district

5. Repeat Infringers

Cabin reserves the right to disable or block access from users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

6. Limitations of Enforcement

Because Cabin notes are encrypted, temporary, and anonymous by design, our ability to enforce DMCA requests is technically limited. Notes that have already been deleted (due to expiry or "Burn After Read") cannot be recovered or reviewed. We act in good faith on valid notices within our capabilities.
